Bio:

I live and work in London. I have always had a keen interest in art but only in recent years have I felt a strong pull to make time for art and creativity, triggered by the changing world around me.

I use many different media, such as acrylics, fluid medium and oil to help with the artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

My abstract art often depicts strong colours, texture, dark and light which exaggerates realism. My work covers , amongst other things, fields, nature, trees, skies and land with elements of surrealism. I also draw creativity from the visual world that I have created in my unconscious mind.

The underlying triggers for my art relate to mindfulness; seeking headspace; wellbeing; raising awareness of mental health; and looking at my journey and pondering about life in a positive and colourful way. The art is a form of a therapy for me in this noisy world.
