Emma Christian
Bio:
My name is Emma Christian and I'm 24. I'm French but lived and studied in the UK. I have a MA in cultural Geography.
I always liked playing with images and my dad taught me how to use photoshop when I was a kid. A few years ago during a road trip I was given a challenge: To transform a photo that is something completely different from its original. Since then I started making collages and digital drawings for fun and started my Instagram page Artsforhumans in September 2019. The audience has been growing since then and my techniques improved. I create worlds in which people can escape and scenes that can either be familiar or inspiring. I like to include characters. I did a collaboration with Dwight Mannix where we made characters called Eugene (The giraffe), Marcus (a the frogs) and Magnus (The Rhino). I did a few exhibitions and an online gallery and I'm also selling merch.
